​Sabrett all beef dog, nicely grilled.  Grilled bun, too. Fresh cut french fires cooked to order. Levis' Champ Cherry soda. Can't ask for much more from a hot dog place - except maybe that my GPS recognizes the address.  Got to see a lot of suburban Philadelphia finding the place. Well worth the effort.

I tried a couple of their dogs - the basic dog on the left, topped with mustard, relish and onion.  A more adventuresome Ger Dog on the left, with pancetta, caramelized onions and bleu cheese.  Works well with a Sabrett dog's beefiness.

The fries are fresh cut, but only single fried.  A good fry, but not as good as they could be if double fried - first blanched and then finish fried. 

There are burgers too and, for some unfathomable reason for a hot dog joint, salads. Also, something I had hoped I would never come across, a carrot dog. However, as long as no body I know orders one, I won't complain too much.

On the plus side, Nieman Ranch dogs are available for a buck more. Alas, they are nitrate free.

All in all, a great hot dog.
