Driving down to Shelbyville and Popes Cafe. Forty miles to go and feeling a might hungry. Lo and behold, Smokin' Ed's BBQ, both smokers blowing smoke.

Bought their bbq sandwich to hold me over and some smoked wings for later, as needed. Great sauce. I left the wings in my motel room when I went out for dinner and when I got back, my room smelled of hickory smoke. That's good smoking.
