​Johnny's Hots has moved up town.  That's his old location on right, a shack of a place.  Directly above, Johnny's sparkling new digs, a couple of blocks north.

Same great grilled hot sausage.  That's the breakfast version of the hot sausage above, mixed in with a fried egg and sauteed onions and green peppers.  A fine breakfast.

Johnny is proud of his hot dogs too.  "They make that bun just for me.  It's like a dinner roll, not to crusty."  He's right.  It's the perfect hot dog bun.

The dog at the top is the Philadelphia Surf and Turf.  A fish cake is grilled, split and mashed in with the dog.  Thought that bit of tradition had died out when Levis' on 6th Street closed, but Johnny keeps it going. 

​Stopped by again.  Johnny was boasting about his cheesesteak.  Beef is prime, hanging beef, top round, from the meat wholesaler a block away.  Sliced fresh each morning.  Grilled and piled on a non-traditional torpedo roll.  One of the best in the city.
