George's Coney Island Hot Dogs has been around since 1918. Wouldn't be surprised if the line I found on a Saturday afternoon has been going on since 1918. Seems George's is a Wooster Tradition. Happily the line moves fast.
Regulars order a Coney Island "Up" - a dog with the works - mustard, chili sauce and chopped fresh onion. The dogs are grilled. Kinda small, but lots of flavor and all the more reason to order two or three.
