My favorite from Isgro, the torrones, nougat squares filled with pistachio, only around Christmas.  You won't go wrong with anything, but I rarely leave with out a box of cheese cannoli and another of Italian Cookies.

Be warned that the lines are usually long, and longer still, much longer, on holiday weekends.
