Sea Shell of Lisson Grove's take out counter is every bit a fish and chippery.  Their dining room seems more upscale than the others I have visited.  But the fish and chips is excellent and comes with a choice of potatoes is chips aren't one's thing. 

I started with an excellent smoked haddock chowder and had a side of mushy peas.
