Rolandi's is the closest thing to a chain restaurant on Isla Mujeres.  They have a couple of others on the mainland including one in Cancun. 

Good wood oven baked pizza.  I went for the Pizza del Patron with ham, tomato and arugula.  They also have a good assortment of pastas.
