Eateries Gone By
Hopefully this will always be a very short list -
Restaurants previously posted on HollyEats.Com that have closed or retired. Restaurants close for all sorts of reasons. The one thing they all have in common is that at one time they were the dream of
the owner and a lot of hard work and sweat equity went into their birth and ongoing operation.
These restaurants would not have made it onto this site if I didn't think they had a lot going for them. I wish the owners and staff well and hope that, if so inclined, they will at some point give it another shot. Anyone who has been there knows that the restaurant business like any other obsession, and it is an obsession, stays with you. The temptation is always there to get back into the business.
If you do, please keep us posted.
