Can't ask for a better location than next to Katz's Deli.  Pomme Pomme fries a respectable version of Belgium pomme frites.  All the right equipment, imported from Belgium and a good selection of the authentic sauces.

The fries are twice fried.  First blanched at a low temperature until cooked but still white.  Then stored in a compartment over the fryer.  Each order of fries is individually finished off to a crisp golden brown.
