The shrimp cocktails and the ceviches at Picus come highly recommended.  I decided on a shrimp cocktail.  The waiter and I settled upon a medium shrimp cocktail for someone of my size.

A medium is surely enough.  Served in an old fashioned sunday dish almost as tall as a beer bottle.  Plenty of shrimp is a shrimp broth the consistency of simple syrup but full of flavor.  On top a nice, sharp cocktail sauce.
