Philippe The Original - They invented the French Dip Sandwiches.  Legend has it that like all great inventions, it started off as an accident.  They were making a sandwich for a customer in a rush.  The bread dropped into the drippings from the roast beef.  They used it anyway.  The next day the guy came back and asked for another, "it was so good."

Nowadays you can get a beef, pork, ham, lamb or turkey french dip sandwich.  I went for beef, topped with swiss.

They brew a fine lemonade to wash it all down.
