This is the original Papa's roast beef sandwich, which I suspect is important to Wheeling old timers who remember the original Papa's.  It's well done but juicy beef, sprinkled with seasoned salt and packed high on a sesame seed bun.  I added the horseradish sauce.  And even though I normally prefer bloodier roast beef sandwiches, this was good enough that ordered a second.  Washed them both down with a good, rich root beer.
