That's the breakfast buffet above, to the right.  But most customers at Mamie's Kitchen pass right on by and order one or two of their fresh baked biscuits.  These are world class biscuits.  Literally warm from the oven and just right for splitting and filling.  I went for a sausage patty and egg biscuit and a country ham and egg biscuit.  Other biscuits include salmon and egg, chicken and egg and filet and egg.
