The Hot Grill builds a great Texas Wiener.  Their sign takes it a step further, "World's Tastiest Texas Wieners."  Not sure about that, but damn near.

Order your dogs "All the Way."  The dogs are deep fried, so we're off to a good start.  The onions are diced extra small and heaped high.  The chili has character, but is not terribly hot.  

They also sell fries with gravy.  Don't see that much in the North Jersey area.  More a midwest thing in my experience.   But it's a tasty combination.
