As
picture pretty a Chicago dog as I found this trip.
No poppyseeds
on the bun, but a bit of design instead. Very good
dog too.
That's
Doug over the grill. He's a culinary school grad who
saw the light and went into the hot dog business.
Scarily friendly. Perhaps a tad whacko. All
good traits. I
was a day early. Friday and Saturday Doug fries
french fries in rendered duck fat. One more reason
to get back and eat some more of chicago.
