That's a Grumpy-Q above.  A sweetish Pork BBQ sandwiched between two cornbread hoe cakes and topped with baked or pinto beans.  I asked if they came up with it.  "No, a woman who used to own a restaurant did.  She's retired now so I called her and asked if we could sell the sandwich.  She was delighted and gave us her recipe."

They are also famous for their chocolate gravy.  Don't know what that is.  Guess I'll have to get back sometime and find out.
