Great decor.  The place to get a hot dog on Halloween, and a good place any other day of the year.  

The dog is grilled and then finished off on a char broiler.  I went for a Texas Wiener, which is Jersey (and Philadelphia) for a dog topped with chili, chopped fresh onions and mustard.  Frank 'n Fries uses a zippy brown mustard.  There are a bunch of hot sauces on hand to kick up the heat.

The fries are fresh cut, cooked twice and excellent.
