That's Eddie's owner, Ray, to the right.  He bought the place a couple of years ago.  "I was going to change the name... until I found out how much a new sign was going to cost.  Better to go through life as "Eddie."

He did change one thing, though.  The menu.  Added a "steak dog."  A grilled beef hot dog topped with the steak that goes into a cheese steak, and with his own special sweetish tomato sauce.  Invented it on a camping trip.  Only works with all beef hot dogs according to Ray. 

Ray's kinda proud of his frozen custard too.  "Real frozen custard, we make it daily."

Not sure if they're seasonal.
