The dogs are grilled, served on a steamed bun, and topped with grilled onions, mustard and chili - Coney Island Style.

Coney Island Style chili sauce is quite different from regular chili. Both are made with ground beef and chili powder, but Chuck's chili recipes usually include kidney or black beans.
