A very
sophisticated breakfast and dessert stop. Omelets
and crepes, yoghurt with fresh fruit, and freshly baked
mini baguettes.
I had the Ham and
Gruyere omelet. Very nice. Served with twice
baked mashed potatoes mixed with corn and finished off
under the broiler.
My second breakfast
there, one of the best on the island - soft boiled eggs
with the mini-baguettes filled with ham, salami and
cheese, one each, and toasted.
Desserts looked
great, but alas not with breakfast. |
