The
Clifton Mill is a working flour mill. My pancakes,
one each of corn, buckwheat, and regular, were all made
from flour ground at the mill. They also serve a
great corn meal mush and equally good biscuits and sausage
gravy. The sage sausage patties were the best I've
had in a long time. There's
a store there for gettin' your own flour for pancakes back
home.
