One of the foods I'm looking for in Texas is barbecue brisket.  Texans say brisket from anywhere but Texas isn't to be taken seriously.  We'll see.  I've got a feeling that City Barbecue's brisket is going to rank right up there with the best of Texas.  Two choices of sauce - smoky barbecue and a Carolina style vinegar sauce.

The sandwich comes with two sides - I chose corn pudding and brunswick stew.  The corn pudding was fantastic, sort of like spoon bread with kernels of corn.
