Past lunch time and I was getting hungry. Pulled off 81 after crossing from Tennessee to Kentucky. No eating place of worth near the exit so headed towards Abingdon. Two three miles, nothing. Into town, nothing. Kept driving. Got to the other side of town and there it was. Chick-N-Little. Knew I had found lunch.

And I had. Chicken fried steak, scallop potatoes, green beans and gravy for the steak. Dessert, home made German chocolate cake. Couple next to me ordered fried chicken. "That'll be 20 - 25 minutes." Cooked to order. As it should be.

Proves my point. Aim your car and keep driving. Sooner or later, some good eating will happen your way.
