Chez Leon is popular with tourists.  Their specialty Moules Frites.  Muscles with french fries.  The mussels are great - I was there twice had them once with white wine, once in a cream sauce.  The fries were disappointing - either held too long or frozen.

Chez Leon is a good first night in Brussels but for great mussels head to the northern coast.
