You won't find shrimp any fresher than Backman's Seafood.  His shrimp boats unload daily.  Call ahead and have them put aside a few pounds of white shrimp for you to haul home.  Even better, reserve the lone picnic table and ask Mr. Bachman to start a pot boiling and keep the shrimp coming.  Not just shrimp, oysters and crab too.  Whatever comes off the boats, Backman's sells.  This catch included stone crab at half the price in Florida, shark and skate.
